Traditional Sururu Broth Recipe

Ingredients for making traditional sururu broth:
400 grams of sururu (clean)
200 grams of dry shrimp
2 american cups of coconut milk
1 unit of pepper
1 unit of chopped onion
2 units of ripe tomato
1 liter of water
1 kilogram of potato
2 garlic cloves
chopped cilantro to taste
salt to taste
palm oil to taste
How to make traditional sururu broth:
To make traditional sururu broth, start by putting all the seasonings in a blender with coconut milk and palm oil. Mix until you get a smooth mixture. Saute the onion and garlic, add the stock and let it boil for 2 minutes.
Add the shrimp and the currant to the broth. Add the water, season with salt and simmer until the currant is cooked. Cook the potatoes separately and place them in a blender with part of the broth and a little currant and shrimp.
Mix everything together and serve your traditional sururu broth while still hot with pepper sauce.
