Ingredients for making Romeo and Juliet Pie:

For mass:

 1 packet of cornstarch biscuit (200 g)

 ½ packet of melted butter (100 g)

For the filling:

 220 milliliters of whole milk

 300 grams of ricotta

 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (60 g)

 1 can of condensed milk

 3 eggs

To the roof:

 200 grams of guava

½ cup of water (120 milliliters)

How to Make Romeo and Juliet Pie:

Prepare the Romeo and Juliet pie by crushing the cookies in a blender. Mix with the melted butter to form a moist crumb and use it to line the bottom and sides of a mold with a removable bottom 22 cm in diameter.

Start preparing the filling by boiling the milk and adding the butter. Beat the ricotta in a blender and, little by little, add the boiled milk so that it melts completely. Add the eggs and condensed milk and beat again to mix.

Pour the filling over the biscuit base and bake at 150ºC, letting it bake slowly until the cream is consistent. Separately melt the guava with water and use the mixture to coat the cheesecake after baking.

Tip: Use a toothpick to check the consistency of the oven-baked cream.

Place your Romeo and Juliet pie in the fridge and let it cool for 2 hours. Then it's ready to serve! Enjoy this irresistible dessert and let us know in the comments what you think.
