Ingredients for making cheese bread with mozzarella:
1 kilogram of sour powder
3 egg units
300 milliliters of milk (1¼ cups)
300 milliliters of oil (1¼ cups)
400 grams of grated mozzarella
5 units of medium cooked potato
1 pinch of salt to taste
1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
How to make cheese bread with mozzarella:
To make cheese bread with mozzarella, start by scalding the powder with the heated oil and the boiled milk. Add the salt, eggs, mozzarella and grated Parmesan, mixing well. Mash the potatoes with a fork and add to the dough.
Knead until it stops sticking to your hands, obtaining a smooth dough. Form into balls and place in a greased and floured pan. Place in a preheated oven until the cheese bread with mozzarella is golden (about 20 minutes).
Tip: If you don't bake all the dough, you can freeze the shaped cheese bread and bake it later.
