Ingredients for making 3-layer ice cream pie:
First layer:
½ can of condensed milk
1 can of regular milk (measure in the can of condensed milk)
1 tablespoon cornstarch
Second layer:
1 can of regular milk (measure in the can of condensed milk)
3 tablespoons of chocolate powder or chocolate
2 tablespoons of cornstarch
2 tablespoons of margarine
2 tablespoons of sugar
Third layer:
1 can of fresh cream
2 tablespoons of sugar
How to make 3-layer ice cream pie:
First layer: dissolve the cornstarch in the milk and place it in a pan together with the condensed milk. Heat and stir until creamy (approximately 5 minutes). Turn it off, place it in the refractory where you will serve this dessert and place it in the fridge to set.
Tip: If you want you can flavor this layer with 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence.
Second layer: dissolve cornstarch in milk and place in a pan together with the remaining ingredients: chocolate, margarine and sugar. Bring to the fire and keep stirring until you get a consistency like the previous cream (approximately 5 minutes). Turn off, transfer to a container and allow to cool.
Third layer: beat the cream and sugar with the help of an electric mixer until creamy. When the second layer is cold or at room temperature, place it on the first layer (in the refractory) and cover with this cream.
Tip: To beat the cream more easily, reserve it in the refrigerator for 2 hours before preparing this recipe. Do not eliminate whey from the cream.
Reserve the refractory in the fridge overnight and, after that time, your quick and easy iced pie is ready! Don't hesitate to try and let us know in the comments what you think. Enjoy your food!
